Dawn's Evolution

The housing market in the US is rotting away and the housing market in my country seems to be booming. Everywhere I look people are building houses, housing projects and gated communities. Practically all national sites are advertising homes for sale or rentals. The prices are good(if you know where to look), the houses look great and there are new projects every day.

What does this tell me?
The elections are coming up. Period.

The election year and the year leading up to it are the best times to buy housing or seek government funding. They will do anything to get that vote and then forget you even exist when they get into office.
Man I love politics.
